PangoOT无特性

该值用作一个特性索引，表示无特性，即应该被跳过。如果特性未被找到，它可能会被 pango_ot_info_find_feature() 返回作为特性索引，且 pango_ot_ruleset_add_feature() 函数会自动跳过该值，因此用户无需特殊处理。
